Disclaimer:
While we try our best to keep the design as accurate as possible, some color combinations are hard to achieve due to manufactuer limitations. There may be a difference in color when you compare the pictures provided with the actual product. There are a few reasons this may happen including but not limited to picture quality, lighting, available thread, etc...
Pre orders:
Orders that contain pre-order items will ship in full when the pre-ordered item becomes available (release date). If you would like to have available patches shipped sooner, please place a separate order for the pre-order item.
Trades and Returns:
All purchases are final. We do not accept trades nor returns.
In the event of an error on our behalf, we may initiate an exchange at our cost or simply allow you to keep the misship and send you out the correct item if it is still in stock.
All items are thoroughly inspected for defects before being placed into stock as well as before being shipped out. Due to this, we will not accept returns for damages or defects.
Shipping Services:
Maximum Brutality uses PirateShip and USPS as it's primary shipping services. International Orders shipped using Pirateship will be handled by third party couriers (Asendia or Easy Post).
Pirateship is a budget friendly option and is typically $3-$6 cheaper than other options. The shipping times may vary depending on region and oftens times take slightly longer than USPS. International customers may be affected most.
- Asia: 6-8 Weeks
- South America: 4-6 Weeks
- Western Europe: 2-4 Weeks
- Eastern Europe: 6-8 Weeks
International Customers, if you would prefer your package be shipped directly through the USPS system instead of Pirateship, please feel free to send us a message via the contacts page before placing an order. Please note, there will be an increase in cost.
Cheap Shipping Option:
We know shipping can be expensive. Due to popular demand, we have made "Standard Mail" aka "Letter Mail", available again for all customers, but this comes with risk. Please read the below restrictions before choosing "Standard Mail" as an option.
Standard Letter Mail:
- Mainly suggested for orders of 1-2 pieces
- Strict maximum of 4 patches (orders with more than 4 will be refunded)
- No Backpatches, Hats, or Flags. These items cannot ship "Standard Mail"
- No tracking/no insurance; You assume the risk
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages
- International orders shipped this way cannot contain "Merchandise". The envelope must appear to be a "Letter", so a strict limit will be imposed to reduce the risk of your package being held by customs
Is your package covered?
Unless you purchase the additional "Shipping Insurance" or choose the appropriate shipping option, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
International Customers must purchase the additional "Shipping Insurance" in order to receive coverage. This is highly suggested when shipping to areas in and around Eastern Europe and Asia.
U.S. Customers will be happy to know that both "Standard Tracking" or "USPS Ground Advantage" and "Tracking (Expedited)" or "Priority Mail" now come with up to $100 worth of insurance. If you need more coverage, you will need to purchase the additional "Shipping Insurance".
